Technology-Neutral
Most managed services providers are resellers and/or have a limited set of technologies that they support. In the end, you are forced to make technology decisions that suit their resale arrangements and their capabilities. However, you know that when you make technology decisions, you would do only what's optimal for your unique setup.
First, Stratogent is not a reseller for any vendor. This means that our integrity is intact, we recommend that you buy stuff only when it's absolutely necessary, and we make the maximum use of each technology asset you have. You have worked in the industry and you know how important this is.
Second, we support a range of standard technologies that cover 90% of what's out there. This means that with any kind of technology mix that you may have in your farm, we should be able to support that.
Delivery Structure
Each of our customers gets assigned a team-lead backed by 2 more senior engineers who can step in as team-leads for any 24x7 issue. Behind them is a set of administrators, backed by a set of subject matter experts. Each team member is intimately familiar with your systems and processes. So whether we are doing proactive maintenance or responding to a situation, the engineers who work with you are knowledgeable and are have the full context. This improves our quality of service and your experience is truly like having a set of dedicated people working with you. Last but not least, we allow our engineers to work with people from your company on one-on-one basis. This assures clarity of communication and increased efficiency.
Customized Services
We customize our services for each customer. Of course we have the standard processes based on best industry practices. However, we recognize that each customer organization is different. Your requirements, your organization structure, your people, your business is unique, and one size fits all approach does not meet the all the requirements. As such we customize our services to fit your exact and demanding needs. E.g. if you have internal processes and procedures, we will follow those exactly as you would want us to. Or, if your company uses an internal ticketing system, we will use that if that's what works for you. We are flexible and strive to fit our services to your needs, and not vice versa.
