Chetan Patwardhan, CEO

Chetan provides overall leadership and strategic direction. Chetan bootstrapped Stratogent and grew it to a multimillion dollar profitable business. He brings 20 years of experience managing business units and large scale technology on all continents. Before joining Stratogent, Chetan spent almost a decade at Visa in various roles. He managed operations for VisaNet, one of the largest systems in the world, that processes over 10,000 transactions a second. He directed strategic business development and technology research. He evaluated and implemented new key technologies such as data encyrption, e-commerce, computing platforms, network protocols and mobile platforms. He established joint ventures with companies such as IBM, HP and Motorola and lead investments in then promising new companies such as Yahoo and Verisign. He spent his early career years in India working with the venerable Tata Group of Companies. Chetan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Economics, Bachelor's degree in Law, Master's degree in Marketing and MBA in International Business & Telecommunications Management. Chetan is active in social and philanthropic activities in both the United States and India .

Jishnu Mitra, President & CTO

As President and Chief Technology Officer of Stratogent, Jishnu directs all technology and operations of the company. He identified the market gap, conceived and built Stratogent's unique blend of hosting and systems integration service offerings and acquired the customer base for it. Jishnu brings 15 years of enterprise IT experience, split between creating software products in Silicon Valley companies and implementing solutions at enterprises that buy such products and live through their implementations! Prior to Stratogent, he was Principal Architect of Borland's middleware division where he took the Borland Enterprise Server (BES) and Operation Center (OpCenter) product line from concept to version 6.0. Earlier at Visigenic Software he was part of the core startup team that built the award winning Visibroker product suite, one of the earliest web transaction servers for the then emerging category of e-commerce software. He was part of the J2EE Expert Group, a select team of technologists, who created and evolved the Java enterprise platform specifications that underlie many of today's software products. Jishnu is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

Sudhir Damle, Head of Systems & Operations

Sudhir oversees the deployment, maintenance, operations and support of hardware and software application systems used in customer infrastructure. Sudhir is also responsible for implementing industry best practices and standards such as ITIL and COBIT; and ensuring that proper processes and procedures are enforced in daily operations. This ensures the highest levels of operations and results into a very high level of customer service. In addition, Sudhir oversees the Network Operations Center (NOC) at Stratogent. He brings 15 years of experience working in diverse departments in small to large multinational companies. Before joining Stratogent, he managed critical applications and systems at Electronic Arts. His previous experience includes managing large repair center and production lines. Sudhir holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from University of Bombay.

Pradeep Kumar, Head of India Operations Center

Pradeep leads the Stratogent India Operations where he manages all aspects of operations & delivery. Before taking on the current responsibility, he architected systems and managed implementation projects. Pradeep brings more than 11 years of experience in areas such as IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Consulting, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus(ESB), Web Services and transactional Web. He has special expertise in execution of offshore projects and has managed several turnkey projects for large companies in USA, Europe, Africa & Asia- pacific. In his previous engagement he has been responsible for putting together core technical teams and architecting solutions for several complex enterprise applications. Pradeep has proven experience in solution delivery using Agile, ISO 9000 and SEI CMM guidelines. At the India Operations Center, he is implementing Stratogent USA's combination of ITIL and COBIT framework . Pradeep holds Bachelor of Technology degree from the renowned Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India. He is an avid sports fan and a movie buff.

Jim DeLosada, Sales Manager

Jim leads all sales and marketing efforts for the company. He has been providing technology sales solutions for over twenty five years in the San Francisco Bay Area. Jim is known for his ability to build long-term, trusted relationships and to create custom solutions that suit the unique needs of each customer. He emphasizes on the consultative sales approach rather than the add-to-cart-now approach that most sales professionals follow. His long standing customers include companies such as Levi Strauss, Catholic Healthcare West, Genentech, Gymboree, and SRI International. With these customers, Jim has consistently proven that his solutions increase customer value at the lowest TCO. Jim specializes in all aspects of services surrounding mission critical systems and he has in-depth knowledge of server, storage, backup, security and network products. He is currently certified for selling various solutions, including those from VMWare, Network Appliance, Hewlett Packard, EMC and Cisco. Before joining Stratogent, Jim worked at various industry-leading companies such as ComputerLand, AT&T, and Verizon Wireless. Born and raised in San Francisco, he holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of San Francisco and spends spare time with family and playing recreational sports.

Susan Kwok, Controller

Susan is responsible for directing the financial activities for the organization by developing, managing, and directing the planning, budgeting, and accounting systems of the company. In addition, she executes financial statement preparation, financial filings and financial regulatory compliance. Susan also oversees the accounting policies & procedures, and capital expenditure programs. At Stratogent, Susan successfully implemented real-time financial dashboard that allows the senior management to make critical financial decisions with a higher degree of confidence. Susan brings over 20 years of experience in the field of finance. Most of her career was spent in the San Francisco Bay Area working with large trade & import companies. Susan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Ken Harris, CIO, Shaklee

Ken Harris advises Stratogent on strategy and works closely with the management team to enhance our value proposition to customers. Ken Harris as the CIO at Shaklee is responsible for developing and maintaining Shaklee's technological infrastructure, supporting the communications, information and operations systems that connect all divisions of the Company. Before joining Shaklee in 2005, Mr. Harris was the senior vice president, chief information officer at Gap, Inc. for six years, served as the senior vice president, chief information officer at Nike, and worked at PepsiCo for 10 years in a variety of operations and technology leadership positions including senior vice president, chief operating officer and chief information officer. Mr. Harris holds graduate degrees in both Management Information Technology and Accounting and a CPA in public accounting from the state of Colorado. He was recognized in 2004 as one of Computerworld's 'Premier 100 IT Leaders' and as one of Executive Technology's 'Power 50 Retailers'.

Richard Bialek, Head of Bialek Group

Richard has successfully launched businesses and developed products from inception to market for leading financial services companies. He has a proven record of revenue growth and P&L improvement with a focus on fast growth and turnaround businesses. Richard's experience in the financial services industry includes his role as SVP for Strategic Research and Intelligence for Visa International. He was responsible for identifying and investing in key players in emerging financial services and technologies. As VP and General Manager of the Complete Card Richard led a joint venture of Ameritech and Household International. He successfully established the Ameritech Complete Card brand, the first use of Ameritech branding in the consumer market. For General Electric Capital, Richard served as Vice Chairman of Monogram Bank USA, where developed and implemented a "private label" bankcard strategy leading the bank from start-up to viability and profitability. Richard's experience includes insurance; he was a founder and CMO of the Nekema unit of Kemper Insurance, a joint venture of Kemper, IBM and Madison Consulting, a provider of online small business insurance services. Richard earned a BA in Economics from Harvard College and was a Harvard College National Scholar and Boyden Scholar. He received his MBA from the Harvard Business School and was a Harvard University National Fellow.
